"Containing living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two hallways, bath and divided attic, and measuring 25-1/2""H x 31-1/2""W x 17-1/2""D, the Victorian Countryhouse features cabinet grade 3/8"" plywood, pre-drilled for fast and easy assembly. The charming gingerbread used on the roof and porch roof eave is distinctive in styling, and is manufactured by Timberbrook Wood Products for exclusive use on Timberbrook dollhouses. The beautiful front door has two raised panels with acrylic, and side lites of cracked glass appearance. Two sets of stairs are provided. Shingles are not provided. Available options are a two room addition which can be used on either side of the house; and a wrap around porch. Porch must be ordered for either left or right side of the house. Room addition and porch are provided with all corresponding trims, posts and windows." |
