Non-working windows: Non-working windows come in many styles and sizes. The biggest advantage is the lesser cost of the window as compared with working windows. Although they are different in applications, they still have a similar appearance. Non-working windows can be removed easily from the fitting and this makes it easier to paint. Non-working windows, like its counterpart, comes in both contemporary and modern design. Some of the fancier styles are available in both the working and non-working variety.
Tips:
- All windows should be painted prior to installation.
- Remember to keep all the parts of the window together, as each may vary slightly.
- The window should be flush with the interior wall to allow for trimming.
- The hardware should be glued on the window before installing it.
